Meet the Genealogist

Hello, my name is Celina Pearson. I am a professional Genealogist with over 25+ years experience in Geneaological Family Research. This has been a passion that started back in 1997 to learn more about the Cherokee ancestor I never knew. Since then I have learned sleuthing techniques to locate hard to find records, break brick walls and reconnect lost family lines. Turning the stones of those trails have gained me knowledge in history, problem solving, understanding old handwriting, photo dating, migration patterns, land ownership, documenting family tree’s, and more. Up until now, I have dedicated my time and research to those close to me in my spare time. Now I would like to help others.

I have roots in America that extend back to the early 1700's along with Scotch/Irish, English and German immigrants. My primary knowledge base is in Early American Colonial and Mid West Migrations.

I was born and raised in New Jersey, now living in Clermont, Florida. I have 2 beautiful girls and 2 rescue cats that I adore. I am a full time administrative assistant by day and dedicate my spare time to genealogy research and helping others most nights and weekends.
